My path started as a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Reiki Master, and now a Somatic Release Breathwork Practitioner.  My intention was to learn how to hold space for individuals to be felt, seen, and recognized. Through my years of work and practice of these modalities I have learned along the way these core values: Energy and intention are felt first, for it is vital to feel safe and attuned to your own body, and mindfulness of our breathing is important to our well-being.  And, integrating these core values and techniques as self-awareness tools allows for healing and recovery to become an achievable process.  I am truly grateful to do the work I do, and to proved those that I work with the opportunity and the space to grow.
